House of Lords Reform Debate
Lord Oakshott (LD) threatened not to back the proposed constituency changes (that will help the Tories) if the Tories don't back Lords reform. The Bill for the reform has gone through but the Electoral Commission report has to be confirmed by parliament, raising the possibility of a LD rebellion if Lords reform doesn't go through.
